Right of return / return / revocation instruction

You have the right to revoke the purchase contract within 10 days without giving any reason in written text form upon receipt of the goods and return the goods at your own expense. The return must always be advised in advance in order to check the return. Goods which are returned without details are not processed further. The deadline starts once goods are received. The return period is guaranteed by the timely sending of the goods. In the case of uncertainties, the customer must always be able to return the goods at the appropriate time by means of appropriate postal receipts.

Conditions for redemption

The goods must be in faultless, undamaged condition and returned in original packaging, otherwise the return of the goods will be forfeited or deductions (value loss) will be made from the refund. Products that are welded must not be opened.

No withdrawal resp. Refunds are granted in case of improper use of the articles (e.g., incorrect washing of textiles).

Also, no products are withdrawn, which can be designated hygienic products.

The right of return or revocation does not apply in the case of personally manufactured items, personalized products or items ordered specially for customers which were not in stock at the time of the order and / or were clearly selected and ordered according to the needs of the purchaser / buyer.

Already paid amounts will be refunded within 15 days, with deduction of delivery costs and any value losses (packaging opened, damaged packaging).

Defects / warranty / liability

On arrival, the customer must immediately check the goods for defects and quality. In the case of open defects, objections must be made immediately, at the latest within 7 days by email or by post. Otherwise, the warranty is not applicable for these defects.

An article that shows deficiencies is generally exchanged and replaced by hairand.care. hairand.care reserves the right to reimburse the amount instead of a replacement. However, it is not possible to insist on a direct reimbursement of the amount paid.

Goods which have a defect (transport damage and production defects) must be reported immediately within 7 days. Hair & Care AG has the right to two remedies as well as a replacement dispatch. Self-indebted damages (such as incorrect storage) are excluded, only production errors apply. Wear is excluded. Transport damage must be reported immediately to the supplier. Please refuse acceptance and return the package to us.

As far as the statutory provisions permit, liability for the compensation, regardless of the legal reason, is excluded. In particular, hairand.care is not liable for indirect damage or defects.
